The Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostatted Column Compartment (G1316C) is a high-precision HPLC/UHPLC column heating and cooling module designed for ultrafast and high-resolution liquid chromatography separations. Operating over a wide temperature range from 10°C below ambient up to 100°C, it provides precise thermal stability to ensure highly reproducible retention times. Equipped with Peltier cooling/heating elements, low-volume heat exchangers, and optional high-pressure column switching valves, the G1316C accommodates up to three 30 cm columns and integrates seamlessly into Agilent 1260 and 1290 Infinity HPLC systems.
