The Thermo Forma CryoPlus 2 (Model 7402) is a high-capacity liquid nitrogen (LN2) storage system engineered for long-term cryopreservation of biological specimens in liquid or vapor phase. Featuring a 200 L total LN2 capacity, it holds up to 13,000 standard 2.0 mL vials. Equipped with a microprocessor control panel, automatic filling, and continuous liquid level monitoring, the unit maintains temperature stability below -130°C in vapor phase and -196°C when fully immersed, ensuring maximum sample integrity for biobanks and research facilities.
